Ronald W. Tobleman, FSA
Mr. Tobleman began his actuarial career in 1973 and has been with Rudd and Wisdom since 1976. He is a Senior Principal of the firm.
Mr. Tobleman is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA), a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA), an Enrolled Actuary (EA) certified to perform actuarial services under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder, a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) certificant, and he also holds the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and the Chartered Advisor for Senior Living (CASL) designations.
Mr. Tobleman has broad experience serving as actuarial consultant to private employer and public employer sponsored retirement programs. Mr. Tobleman also oversees the personal financial planning and the investment advisory services provided by Rudd and Wisdom, Inc. These services include:
Providing comprehensive and special topic personal financial planning services to individuals and families
Assisting employers in providing basic and advanced financial planning resources for their employees
Consulting with employers in designing and monitoring investment options and retirement planning services made available to employees under employer sponsored retirement plans
Mr. Tobleman was a Plan II honors student at the University of Texas at Austin where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics (with Honors) and a Master of Business Administration degree. He is a native Galvestonian and graduated from La Marque High School in La Marque, Texas where he was salutatorian class of 1968.
