Khiem Ngo, FSA, ACAS
Mr. Ngo began his actuarial career with Rudd and Wisdom in 2007. He became a Principal of the firm in 2012.
Professional Designations:
Mr. Ngo is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA), an Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA).
Expertise:
Mr. Ngo’s primary areas of expertise are in health plan data management, statistical reporting, managed care rate development, reserving, benefit change cost impact analysis and actuarial cost projections/statistical modeling.
In addition, Mr. Ngo consults with self-insured groups that provide property and casualty coverages. His experience includes determination of actuarial liabilities, rate studies and cash flow modeling.
Education:
Mr. Ngo is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance (2007).
