Mr. Tilotta started his consulting career with Rudd and Wisdom while a student at the University of Texas. He has been with the firm since 2000 and became a Principal in 2015.

Mr. Tilotta’s areas of expertise include the design, funding, administration and regulatory compliance of qualified and nonqualified defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans. His clients include large hospital organizations, insurance companies, not-for-profit and for-profit private employers and governmental entities.

Mr. Tilotta is a cum laude graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Actuarial Science.
