Christopher S. Johnson, FSA
Mr. Johnson became a consulting actuary in 2001 and has been with Rudd and Wisdom since 2003. He became a Principal of the firm in 2007.
Professional Designations:
Mr. Johnson is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and an Enrolled Actuary certified to perform actuarial services under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.
Expertise:
Mr. Johnson’s primary area of expertise is in the design, funding, administration and regulatory compliance of qualified and nonqualified defined benefit retirement plans. He also has experience with the actuarial valuation of postretirement medical benefit plans for purposes of accounting compliance under SFAS No. 106 and GASB Nos. 74 and 75. His clients include large hospital organizations, insurance companies, not-for-profit and for-profit private employers and governmental entities.

Mr. Johnson is a summa cum laude graduate of Roger Williams University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology and Chemistry.
